The XDChain Oracle (the "Service") is a technical data-publishing and cryptographic-signing infrastructure. For each feed, dashboard, or report, the Service ingests data — including reserve, holdings, valuation, and record data — as supplied by the relevant issuer, custodian, administrator, auditor, or other third-party source ("Data Providers"), and publishes it, timestamped and signed, on the XDC network.

All such figures originate with, and are the sole responsibility of, the applicable Data Provider. The Service attests only that the published, signed value matches the value received from that Data Provider at that time.
Nothing published by the Service constitutes financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice, nor an offer, solicitation, recommendation, endorsement, or rating of any asset, token, security, or issuer. The Service is provided for informational and independent-verification purposes only. Do your own research and consult qualified professionals before making any decision.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. You may verify the cryptographic signatures yourself using the published public key. Any reliance you place on data published by the Service is strictly at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rip It Labs LLC and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on, errors in, or unavailability of the Service or any Data Provider's data. Any liability is limited as set out in the applicable service agreement.
Where a dashboard or report is branded for or references a specific issuer or asset, the underlying reserve, holdings, or record data is that issuer's own attestation, published with source attribution. The issuer is solely responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of the data it provides.
These terms may be updated. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the then-current terms. Governing law: State of Arizona, USA, unless otherwise agreed in a signed agreement.
